Happy Parents



Susan and I are very happy parents now that Charlie is home from the hospital and doing well.

A couple things we have learned in the first few days...

1. Wipe warmers are our friend.
2. Stay calm, he can sense fear.

A couple things we haven't perfected...

1. Leaky diapers are not our friend.
2. Burping is still hit or miss. (Susan is better at it than me.)

my favorite thing about changing a little boy's diaper is the fountain of pee that erupts as soon as the air hits them when you take the old diaper off.

It's probably a little early for the projectile spit-up. That also should be pretty fun, though.
