ya know, the patriots losing sucked, but nothing effects me like the day after the Game where He Who Shall Not Be Named didn't remove The Second Greatest Pitcher in Red Sox History.
I remember once when a guy said to me after the pats won their first superbowl (we were talking about people going down to the parade) - "I'm happy that they won, but it's not like it was the Red Sox"
Then 3 years later when the Red Sox DID win, I invited him to go down to the parade with me and he blew me off.

esbee, out of respect for my friends' anonymity I prefer not to use names, but I will tell you this - it was the same guy who picked up and moved to virginia practically overnight.
